100%. He got conned by Tom Osborne and Daddy Frost.
Pretty clear he didn't want to leave Orlando based on his behavior after it was said and done. We all know his wife sure as shit didn't want to leave.
This is why I've never pissed on him for leaving ... I knew he was going to likely be in the sh--, even as much as I had hoped -- with very little chance -- he could somehow pull a rabbit out of his hat.
To be fair, every coach needs a Milton. If Milton was 5 inches taller, he would have gone to Oregon and Frost would have been in Orlando for at least a few more years. Kid was a wizard.
Nebraska is a school of the past. SF chose to go there, understandably, but when he gets fired he likely will have to start over, as either a coordinator or at a Belt type school.
I think she left him and came back to FL. Something about him pulling a Tiger Woods and banging waitresses at a local restaurant.

Seriously, I'm sure the coaches all party in the middle of the damn Haymarket (an area where THOUSANDS of Husker fans congregate after a game.)
And I'm sure they'd choose GATE 25, a small restaurant/bar with huge open-view windows which expose the customers eating -- as well as people eating/drinking in their 'private' wine-tasting room -- to being observed by the general public outside. That makes perfect sense.
Weird that none of the rumor-mongering Husker sites I'm on had this sensational story. They all got scooped by UCF's Water Cooler!!!
Exactly my thoughts.
More realistically it could be other coaches, while Frost isn't involved other than to stop by. He's not a college kid any more, and stories from his youth likely don't apply.
Yeah, we all heard it too. Marriage is complicated enough, especially in the first few years, that I didn't want to add to it.
I remember half of my first 4 were rocky. I'm just glad we officially hit a quarter century next May.
