Hell we are one of the few countries that REFUSED to stop using land mines, so we definitely dont have standards to what type of weapons we use...so why force standards on other countries? We aren’t doing it unilaterally. We’re speaking for the 191 signatories of the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty since we are the ones that have the desire and courage to actually enforce the measures that all agreed they would take to stop the spread of nuclear weapons, even among non-signatories. .
