Lol. So I posed this question a few days ago and nobody really has an answer for it: why is it that literally any form of energy always faces opposition? Even when one concern goes away after being proven to be not a big deal, a new concern is raised and the opposition still exists. It runs the gamut, from desert snails and frogs dying from daming up a river, to setting the atmosphere on fire with nuclear, to birds being killed by wind turbines, etc. There is an inherent pushback to energy no matter what, and it doesn't seem to have a political rhyme or reason to it. Just a reflexive response. What is the basis of that?Or is it exciting? 🤔

Joe literally fell asleep in the climate change discussion and his handlers had to wake him up. This on a global stage. Hopefully he didn't shat himself again.

Imagine voting for this @ss clown. Watch until the end where his handlers had to wake up Brandon.
Still wearing his mask I see. Probably passed out due to lack of oxygen.Imagine voting for this @ss clown. Watch until the end where his handlers had to wake up Brandon.

I am so concerned with what a kid thinks. And not at all concerned with climate change.
Wonder not young grasshopper. Russia n Opec are fat in the $$$, and environmentalist are never happy.I wonder who's happier about the US and Canada cutting off oil production: environmentalists, or Russia and Opec.
Recently I've been having the thought that we may not be that far from people just ignoring the federal government altogether. I think Canada will actually be ahead of us on this.Canada has the answer, Sell Coal to china, Have China make windmills and solar panels, then ship them on Oil burning ships to Canada, and then produce zero emissions energy with those windmills and Solar panels... While feeling good about themselves for saving the earth.
No, Canada actually builds pipelines, new hydroelectric plants and has a sane, lives saving, environmentally sound policy -- utterly the opposite of us. It's funny to hear what Canadians think of us, and I don't blame them either. We're pretty stupid to literally go against pipelines and new hydroelectric, among other things.Recently I've been having the thought that we may not be that far from people just ignoring the federal government altogether.
