At least on major sponsors ESPN and CBS. Neither one are offering a prize for the best bracket, but rather will pick a winner randomly from a pool of top performers, but since the NCAA is afraid of student-athletes being able to enter and potentially throw a game, they are discouraging the "best bracket" idea. What a farce. John Oliver is right.
