"Can the head coach hire a good team of assistants." The head coach doesn't really recruit. You can be a good coach but if you don't have the supporting cast you are doomed no matter who you are. So all these comparisons of each head coach are a joke because it's the overall team of coaches that matter, and we have no idea who that would be.
