In all seriousness, I think it would be a nice smack to the face of the US Mainstream Media (MSM) if Rex Tillerson was at least recognized for this.

Tillerson will always go down as the most demonized and mis-quoted man in the recent history of the State Department. When both the Chinese and Russians laud your negotiations publicly, and you get close to what you want, that says a lot.
