Probably a wiser investment would be investing more money in just paying players to come to play at Northwestern. That seems like an absurd amount of money to build a stadium that is used 6-7 times per year. Not exactly a football juggernaut with 7.4 wins/year since 2000 (3.875 in conference play...that would be under .500). Just set up a NIL endowment that eventually just pays for itself, and all the players.
