It's interesting to see the revolt on federal laws. You saw it on marijuana and now you see it on immigration. If the organizational inertia is soo great that states and local municipalities just revolt rather than go through legal channels. Yea the Sweden thing was definitely a screw up. No one will ever say Trump is word smith. It certainly is hard to follow up one of the better speakers weve had as potus. Trump is Trump.

Actually they're afraid because Trump threatens to take away massive Federal government in the areas where they want it (regulations, environment, entitlements, etc.), but adding it in areas they don't (border security, military spending, tax breaks for the wealthy, etc.). They cower at the tone of his rhetoric and only see what they want to see.

Part of the reason for this is that Trump so far has been almost antagonizing the voters that hate him through whatever he(or his reps like Kelly Anne) say or post on social media. There hasn't been much communication or attempt so far to cool down the powder keg in this country.

And Hands is right that it became a wake up call for the voters that stayed home bc they didn't like Hillary but really hate Trump so in a way this is their morning after walk of shame.
