lol my first thought. De Blasio is doing this just to be a prick and make the news for providing health care to illegal aliens to spite Trump. With no tax hikes too! Magic!

Just wait 'til people realize they can stop paying for health care and simply call 311 and get their De Blasio Care for free!

I like this. Several decades ago NYC was on the verge of bankruptcy so they sold high interest bonds to investors. My great grandpa bought in and after they pulled their heads out he cashed in big time. He turned around and used that money to help develop Lake Havasu. Maybe this time I can do the same thing and use the money to bring the Eiffel Tower to Worms Nebraska.
