O.T. Blake Bortles looked more like rookie than rising star

Coaching staff has no clue what it's doing. Bad game planning from the get go week after week. Blake only has three touchdown this year. Garropolo had three in the first quarter against a good Dolphin defense.

Gus Bradley gotta go.

Probably his worst game i've seen him play. I think he was just trying to do too much on some of his throws. They've really been trying to establish the run to open up the passing game, but he'd always end up having to deal with a pass on a 3rd and long situation so he forced it. The run game is absolutely atrocious on the Jags and i'm hoping that the return of Chris Ivory will help alleviate their woes there. That team pretty much fell apart in all phases of the game on Sunday.

I'm itching to see a win. 2 consecutive losses for the Jags and Knights.

Bingo! Without a running game he looks more like first year. He's not the only QB that has a lot of turnovers when they have no running game (ie. Eli Manning). There's probably a handful of QBs that can lead a team to victory without a running threat.

What happened to them last game was Ivory (RB) was out. Akumura (DB) was out. Paul P. who is their starting middle LB proved he's too slow to play on anything but running plays. Traveling out west does take its toll (Just got back from trip out there). Green Bay has sub-receivers (reason why they are dropping contracts with pro bowl offensive lineman :) and made Jags look better while San Diego has fast receivers and put a lot of pressure on Jags LBs. Also, SD has some good DBs who force teams to run more. Perfect storm for jags...

Don't hit the panic button and don't blame it all on Blake. If he didn't want to win so much, he would have just kept on handing the ball off to show the real issue. Instead he forced some bad passes. Hopefully Ivory comes back soon. Don't know his issue.

If nothing happens this week, you can push the panic button. Playing a defense that let Josh McCown go up early. If Jags don't come out with a chip on their shoulder and take advantage of that weak ass D, then you can throw in the towel.

In his first 2 seasons, Blake has shown that he's a better qb on the move than in the pocket, as we know from his successes at UCF....other than a few long passes, when Jax was behind, his pocket passing has not been very accurate....so we were all hoping that he worked in the offseason to improve his accuracy.....but, unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case....so Jax offensive game plan, which continues to focus on pocket passing, needs to change immediately....that may be the only way that Jax, with Blake at QB, can take the next step....
