They'll be productive members of society. No way they go back to dealing cocaine.
Once we secure the border they'll have no supply, so they'll have to.
Just kidding, none of that is happening.
Believe all will most definitely sign up for an hourly job this time around...and then have taxes/ss taken out of their paycheck.
No way do they ever go back to an illegally operated cash business.
It's a program the Obama administration, specifically Eric Holder, has implemented for drug offenders who were sentenced under mandatory-minimum requirements for their crimes, provided they meet certain criteria.
"To qualify, prisoners had to have served at least 10 years of their sentence and have no significant criminal history and no connection to gangs, cartels or organized crime. They must have demonstrated good conduct in prison. And they also must be inmates who probably would have received a “substantially lower sentence” if convicted of the same offense today."
They had over 9,000 applicants this year. 61 were granted.
