I don't think this is a repeat in any thread (might be wrong). I honestly don't know what the criteria might be...
Young HC ( Campbell, Babers,..) that has success lately no matter what school they are from.
Young OC/DC ( Collins ...) that could be the next Muschamp or the next Herman.
Older HC with Experience ( Schiano...) that would give us a year of pub and might be great or bad.
Others...
Don't want to go to far into specific candidates unless using as examples. Lots of other threads for that. But which type of coach would the B12 prefer going into the next 2 years?
