One Day in Charleston - What to do

I know I should be focusing on Furman but in classic FIW fashion I'm looking ahead to SC.

I'll be arriving in Charleston Thursday evening with my wife and our two boys (6 and 4). Will be in Charleston all day Friday, driving over to Columbia Saturday morning.

Any suggestions on the best things to do in a day with the little guys in tow?
