Actually, for the next two years. The 2016 and 2017 American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championships will be in Orlando. Deal was announced last April. Thoughts? It goes without saying that UCF's competitiveness will play the biggest role in drawing local folks to the event. It's a quick trip for USF fans, but we've been lucky to see 10 fans at recent UCF-USF games in Orlando, so that probably won't be a help. You're going to need to traveling fans, and every other team is a plane trip away.
What kind of support do you think this will get? Will you attend? Just UCF games? Other games?
