Witness to the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur indicted on murder charge in rapper's death

A grand jury in Las Vegas has indicted one of the last living witnesses to the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur in the rapper’s death. Duane “Keffe D” Davis was charged Friday with murder.
