OT: Automated T-Shirt/Apparel Printing & NIL

Going to try my hand in a side business venture with some automated printing and creative work with NIL. Does anyone have experience with this? I know there are some models where you develop creative and the printing company handles the manufacturing/distribution and there is a rev share.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
