Just read this story in the Sentinel. The trend is obviously moving towards geographical pockets of teams, which is why Phoenix has become so popular (regardless of the fact attendance isn't great there except for a few teams).

Astros and Nationals likely have only two years left (going to WPB), and Braves could bolt in three years, one reason being they'll be an orphan with no close travel partners in Central Florida.
