My wife and I are going to be in Copenhagen, Denmark for her 40th birthday (July 2) after touring Scandinavia and the Baltics. WOT, I know, but does anyone have a recommendation for a really good restaurant there? I'm checking TripAdvisor, et al, but thought I'd check in with some of the world travelers and foodies here.
