Daughter Z is working for PBC Schools hand has spring break the week after next. Ever since she was little we have tried to do a father daughter long weekend trip to Key West once a year. Most years other than 2020 we have made it. Stupid me thought she had time off I could take Thursday and Friday and make a nice long weekend out of it. 😂
Cheapest hotel I found was around $400/Night and that was just one of the old properties. El Patio which I have stayed at before, it’s clean and easy walk to Duval but certainly nothing fancy. Heck even the Hampton Inn which is not in old town is over $400. It’s absolutely nuts. I know it’s spring break but that’s crazy for just basic hotels.
