OT: Dino Babers Salary at BGSU

I saw a few people talking about Dino in one of the "what coaches would you like to see" threads and was reading up on him tonight.

I found this post that outlines his base salary ($400K) and incentive structure for 2014.

Not sure if there's one for 2015 out there, but it was interesting to see base salary compared to the various incentives he can earn as well.

In the "new era" of UCF coaches contracts I'd love to see this sort of stuff made public for those of us who like to dig into metrics and minutia.
