**Background:
- Have grown from $0/month to ~40k/month in revenues in 14 months with just one sport. With no accessory revenue and now at capacity
- Great branding appealing to all sport academy
- located in one of the fastest growing counties in the country. Insane amount of homes permitted.
- Networked with IMG and a few colleges
- Looking to play a market role sub-tier to IMG which involves $80k/year that many can’t afford. Big market here.
- 2 facilities currently leased and now moving to build headquarters.

- 25 years in corporate finance and strategy working with top management consulting firms scaling operations , business development , commercial strategy , transformations for 4 Fortune 500 companies
- Overseen annual sales of up to $40B , $6B cash flow and annual capital of $1.5B
- Significant experience in enterprise valuation, finance optimization and derisking projects.
- Only had to invest $50k to get this going, but currently running financials for $1.2M land purchase.
- Other BOD member ran 1000+ football club

- Business has no overhead. I have automated most back office functions. I do all branding, web, etc. soon I’ll just have AI do that

- Debt/equity to be preferred with $1M in free cash flow by 2026 possible.

My current perspective is that this is simply a really fun and enjoyable opportunity. It’s really rewarding to make an impact at a community level with these kids. It’s been thrilling.
I have the experience and background to scale this quickly and there is a huge void across the state. While there is moderate risk, there is also a realistic potential of mid 8 figure revenue in 5 years if we fuel it . We have jumped out to $500k run rate with little effort. Demand is severely underserved and inelastic. Also a luxury service and more insulated from economic downturn. Avg surrounding property values $800-$1.2M for long distances.
