So I am in Los Angeles and couldn't get back before the Hurricane hit. My flight that was for today was obviously canceled and rebooked for tomorrow. The airport was supposed to reopen at noon on Friday, but I am hearing reports that may not happen because of flooding getting in/out of airport. Which means I may be stuck here until Saturday or Sunday.
But, I was hoping for some field reports because I am considering flying to Miami tomorrow (Friday) morning then driving home to Orlando (east side) if MCO announces they are staying closed on Friday. As long as 95 and 528 isn't closed I should be OK.
Does anyone have info on road status along this route. Just trying to get back to my family.
