about to sign a 10 year $95 mil contract. I mention this b/c Fickell turned this job down! I'm not sure what this man does @ the end of the season, but I've heard some talk of loyalty to UC, or his wife likes it there or holding out for OSU. But damn he turns down another opportunity like that, dude is definitely a rare breed.
