OT: Navy's outrageous season

Poor SMU. Scored 4 TDs and a FG but still lost by 44 to Navy, had 14 ball carriers, 9 rushing TDs, and 496 rushing yds. Over 140 points in two weeks. With virtually no passing. Navy still has to play Temple and Army the next two weeks.

So, Temple or Navy. Who we want and think will win in AAC conference champ game this saturday (noon). @navy. I would like to see Temple win, but think Navy will 'run' away with it.

I think defense prevails. Temple in a close one 31-28.

Hoping Western Michigan stumbles Friday so that the AAC could get back in the New Years mix, but it's not likely. This Navy/Temple matchup is intriguing nonetheless. Two tough teams looking to slug it out.

Just for rankings, I've got to go with Navy. It's annoying that Temple's stuck behind multiple 4 loss teams, barely getting any votes, and the dump in tampa, who they beat, is ranked.

Navy keeps getting better and better. But so has Temple. Should be a great game.
