Urban Meyer, who oversigned his 2015 recruiting class (has to trim 2 or 3 recruits to get to 85 limit), OSU MD's now say they will not clear early enrollee Jamel Dean from Cocoa, who started class at Ohio State in Jan.

Dean tore his ACL in 2013 and now Ohio State MD's say he is not fit to play and kicked him out of the football program (OSU offered a medical scholarship for him to stay at OSU but not play football but believe Dean has rejected that idea).

Did Meyer kick Dean out because he was recovering too slowly so that he could get closer to the 85 max scholarship limit?

Here's the article on this story...Dena's HS Coach is not happy at all.

HS coach of ex-Buckeyes signee Jamel Dean calls treatment 'ridiculous'
According to multiple reports, the Ohio State career of early-enrollee freshman Jamel Dean has not lasted long -- and his high school coach isn't happy about it.Eleven Warriors reported Wednesday that Dean has not received clearance from the Buckeyes' medical staff following a torn ACL dating to November 2013 and other knee ailments, forcing him to leave the program. That report was corroborated by multiple other outlets, including 247Sports affiliate Bucknuts.Dean's coach at Cocoa (Fla.) High School, however, told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer on Wednesday that the former four-star cornerback is physically capable of playing football again -- and that the Buckeyes' discarding of Dean after only a few weeks on campus is "ridiculous."
