OT Orlando dinner recommendation

My youngest daughter graduates from UCF next Friday evening. I want to take her and the family out to a early dinner before she has to be at the arena at 6pm. I have to admit I haven’t been to Orlando in a while except for going to the University. I was hoping for recommendations for a place that does a “early” service but is still worthy of the occasion. I was thinking of something like Bull and Bear but closer to the school and does early service. She has plans to go and enjoy herself afterwards so I get the pre-ceremony time lol. Any ideas for a great place to celebrate a new alumni in the family would be appreciated.
