OT: Paddle board fishing

I've been looking into paddle boards to do some inshore fishing down here in swfl.

I've been looking at inflatables like the iRocker Blackfin XL or the Bote Rackham Aero.

Anyone use paddle boards for this? Curious on what your setup/board you chose and why
