Manatee county is booming. Who here thinks we are in a super bubble with hyperinflation, near free money and COVID relos ? Been contemplating selling and waiting for a pop. Thinking 2021 will see a wave of foreclosures and unemployment catching up. Would love to hear other thoughts.
