OT-rewinding/replaying nfl game on Sunday ticket

We have NFL Sunday ticket because wife is a huge Bills fan.

issue is bills play Sunday at 1pm.

we want to go to the ucf game at 1 and then return home to rewatch the bills after. Sunday ticket rep told me there is no way to record/replay the game.

anyone have any advice?
