Reminds me of a former Board Member at UF when they hired Charlie Pell (who just got Clemson put on probation), who after a few years, lead UF to some big wins but UF got hammered with a then record 144 violations.....that board member said: "We knew what we were getting with Charlie Pell...we just wanted to win...regardless how many rules we broke".

No school in Texas wants to see SMU athletics succeed in any capacity. I think they give Rice baseball a break because marketing is obviously not a progam they offer.
