We bought our house 4 years ago and had to do some repairs over the back porch where there was cracked stucco, and water damage to a support beam underneath.
They replaced the beam and the stucco, and about 2 years later we had someone patch it as it was cracking again (we thought it was just cracks from settling).
We're having issues with it where the stucco is cracking along the wall again, so clearly water is still getting in somewhere. It's definitely not hurricane related, and is from before we bought the house, so I don't think our insurance will cover it.
We need to hire someone to figure out where the problem is continuing to come from and hopefully how to fix it.
Has anyone worked with a company on anything like this in the past that you'd recommend?
