Many Southern Universities have seen their student enrollment skyrocket from those from thr Northeast.
Obviously, a big benefit to Southern Universities is that all those students from the Northeast pay out of school tuition and usually end up living in school dorms for at least one year.
And yes...pageantry of college football is a BIG draw to many of these students...something most Northeast schools can't duplicate.
