Can anyone in the Tampa area tell me what to expect driving from the Lakeland area to downtown Tampa during morning rush hour? Any idea how long of a delay above normal (non-rush hour) times?
It looks like I-4 to the Selmon Expressway connector then Selmon Expressway into downtown. 100 N Tampa St is the destination.
