Texas knows how to demand performance. There aren't a lot of million dollar jobs out there. If you can't cut it, you're gone. UCF needs to follow suit. Of course Hitt will never because he is one of the same - just around to collect a giant paycheck.

I don't see it happening unfortunately, but Charlie Strong would be a great hire. My feeling is you need to give college coaches at least 3 to 4 years.
