When I went for 3 months to SE-Asia we had travel insurance. But 2 weeks in Portugal, I am not sure I need it. It is at least $300 for the both of us. Mrs. Z thinks we should get it just in case something happens and we need medical attention. I'm not that worried about flights and hotels etc. Flights are on milage and hotels in Feb in Portugal aren't that expensive, but if we need to be patched up and shipped home that could run some money.
