Long shot here, but I donated some tickets last year using VetTix. Well, as we all know it's tax time and I'm trying to gather all of my charitable contribution information. When donating tickets, I got the following email from VetTix:
Hello ,
Good News!
We have received and accepted your donated tickets.
You will be receiving an email from us the day following the event containing a link to click on which will take you to a private page to your Vet Tix Donor Account.
On this page, you will be able to view and print out your in-kind gift receipt(s) for any and all ticket donations you make to us.

I never received the follow-up email mentioned in the original email. I tried logging on to the VetTix website and it says that my account is listed as a "donor account" so no login is necessary. I've tried searching for contact information and can't find anything (nothing in FAQs). There's a "Contact Us" page that's worthless. I replied to the original email and it bounced back.
I know that several on here have suggested VetTix, so I'm hoping that someone has a phone number or email address for anyone over there. As a last resort I could try Tweeting at them to see if they respond, but I thought I'd try this first.
