OT: Why is James Madison getting Jobbed

They should be playing for the Sun Belt title but can’t because of some asinine NCAA rule? Why wouldn’t the NCAA just waive it? Why would the NCAA let you jump from FCS to FBS and then force you to basically be punished for being successful. Make it make sense?

If I was their conference-mates I’d protest the Sun Belt title game by not playing it. It’s about the game, competition and the student-athletes, right? Whatever.

The "transition" limitation of no postseason makes no sense to me. It's like probation but you didn't do anything wrong.

Actually JMU is moving from their old league, the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), to the Sun Belt. Unfortunately, the CAA should be renamed "The Sour Grapes League" because THEY are the ones who are prohibiting JMU for playing in their conference championship game because they are leaving.

It's a well known rule and JMU isn't the first school to be affected by it.
