The USA Dept. of Energy is going from being currently run by a Nuclear Physicist in Dr. Moniz, to Trump's pick of Gov. Rick Perry.

I do not know.. But I have a feeling the intelligence gap is quite large between these two.

Most of these jobs are just managing bureaucracies anyways. While it's nice the current guy is a scientist, I'm guessing he spent most of his time reviewing organizational structures and begging for budget dollars.
