Not yet ready to abandon hope in America. Thats an unbelievable statement from someone that was supposed to love our country.

This argument has always been a favorite of mine from y’all. Loving your country does not mean loving it blindly. If you love something, that means if something ain’t right, you go and try to fix it.

Last Saturday, I was finally proud of my country again. Our country did the right thing. The USA is truly the greatest country in the world, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its faults. But, what makes us so great is that we face those faults head on and even though there have been some challenging, dark times, we always end up doing the right thing.

Theres still work to be done, but for the first time in 4 years, I’m hopeful.
