what I've taken from this interview and others that the facility setup, campus, and the reception around Orlando has exceeded his initial expectations of what he would find at UCF. It will be fun to watch him build this up.
It has surprised me too. The media was all personally welcoming Scott at the press conference. Then they all gave Scott a round of applause after he answered the question about what it means to him personally about being a HC.
Agreed...He seems to be well respected by all that know him...Some pretty influential names in his extended network of friends...He will demand some national media attention too, as many will monitor his success..
He already said he going to run the offense while he teaches his oc the system.
Almost every school is a step down in facilities from Oregon. All that Nike money built something insane.
He's seen that work as a QB at Nebraska under Osborne, as a player at Stanford under Walsh, and as a coach under Kelly at Oregon.
