It will be interesting to watch the Pennsylvania vote unfold.

The state has had a couple of million early voters but, based on state law, they can't begin counting them until election day. All the state polls point to a comfortable Biden lead but the Trump campaign is hoping that Republican voters give him a lead there on election day with only a fraction of the total vote counted. THEN Trump declares victory in the state on election night and a team of GOP lawyers run out 40 different pre-prepared lawsuits first thing Wednesday morning in an attempt to disqualify all those early ballots that are believed to be heavily favoring Biden.

Democracy is such a wonderful thing.

Hear any news on the GOPs attempt to throw out 130k ballots from a blue county in Texas?

Trump is definitely going to declare victory tomorrow night. I am interested to see how the media, especially right wing media, calls him on his BS.

I believe I read those votes will be counted, but the fact the GOP was even trying to get them thrown out tells us all we need to know about Texas Republicans.
This article says they are trying another Avenue in federal court at a hearing today.

It’s all hands on deck in Texas.

I didnt see that, who knows. Like FC said, these types of things are just an attack on Democracy, nothing more.

I was listening to Salena Zito talk about Pennsylvania this morning, and she said there are districts there that won't even begin counting votes until Wednesday morning. It'll probably be towards the end of the week before we find out the actual vote count there so seeing how Ohio ends up will probably be the best indicator of Pennsylvanias outcome. If Trump wins Ohio by 5 or more, PA is probably going to stay red. Anything less than 3 points or a Biden win there and PA is likely blue.

That's what I'm hearing too. It really makes me wonder under what grounds the Pennsylvania lawyers hired by the Trump campaign are going to sue through the courts to discount all those early mail-in votes.

I know of one that is going to be challenged. Supposedly mail-in ballots have to be put in a blank envelope and then put inside the pre-sorted envelope, and they are throwing out the ones that aren't. This is going to be a clusterfvck

The judge determined those votes will count.

Its already a disaster in PA. Polling places that were supposed to open were still closed an hour later.
