Need your advice for a family friend visiting Central Florida.

"My wife is flying from Belfast to work in Orlando from the 10th - 15th May. From what I can see that's the dead of off-season for pretty much all of your local sports, but I wanted to see if there was anything on, or any cool stadium tours or things to see? Anything UCF related? She's staying near Disney."
