I wonder what they think about themselves when they get home. Stole some stuff, burned down somebody else's business, maybe assaulted a cop. When they lay down to go to sleep, what do you think goes through their mind? Can a person completely numb themselves from shame and honestly be happy with hurting others?

They are dregs of society. I don't think the same people who are rioting are looting. There seems to be a counter culture on the left that wants anarchy. They seem to drop into places where there is racial division and burn things down after the peaceful protestors leave. The looters are the petty thieves that go in after the destruction starts.

They go to bed thinking that they did good work.

They were raised on a constant diet of finding negatives about leadership and historical figures along with a dose of oblivious self-righteousness. They think everyone in the world has and does live by the “ends justifies the means” mentality. Or those that live and act by some value code are hypocrites with terrible deeds yet uncovered. And oh by the way, what’s property worth versus whatever higher goal for society is desired.

Of course, they’re clueless about the broader effects of what they’re doing and so ignorance is bliss.

So do you think there's a level of satisfaction in it thats comparable to earning your possessions? I really have a hard time with understanding that. Doesn't there have to be some level of guilt in knowing that you hurt someone else for your own benefit?

I doubt it. Those people most likely unfairly acquired the property anyways. Or they were just more fortunate and why should the luck of birth or any other luck entitle them to the property.

You really think thats how people think? "They didn't deserve it so I took it", basically.

Some absolutely and all you have to do is look to the words of the BLM leader in Chicago who said at a rally that the looting of Macy’s and other stores was just reparations. Most, though, don’t have a true appreciation of the value of property and think that it’s easily replaced or think that those that have it are bad people anyways and so they don’t really care what happens to the bad people.

These people don't have a hard time going to sleep. They're exhausted from their crusade and long day.

Daily routine --

Wake-up around 3pm in a 1 bedroom apartment (the 1 bedroom bad-ass pad is shared by 12 other losers), share 1 box of cereal with little/no milk (mindfully watch how much milk is used by the other 12 losers), 4pm pass the hat for lunch money and dine at the nearest gas station (20 miles away because all the other gas stations and businesses are closed or burned-down), 6pm nap time, 8pm get geeked-up about the night riot and learn that someone drank all the milk, 10pm decide which black and unwashed clothes to wear, 11pm build a shield from a trash can lid, 11:30pm compare ink and piercings, 12am call Ninja-Nutz and ****uster to confirm the meeting place, 1am to 5am -- steal, burn, and yell......repeat.

It's not looting and rioting--- it's "peaceful protesting"--get it right!

I think everyone would agree that this is not an ideal mindset for anyone to have. The next question, is how the heck can we change it? Are these people just destined to be criminals and drains on society forever, or is there a way to show them the value of work ethic, productivity, and the self worth that comes from success?
