Phil Steele, probably the most respected and usually the most accurate in regards to team/conf predictions, takes a look at all teams in regards to the number of projected starters coming back next year.
Steele is a regular guests on most national radio shows...and one of the most common questions he gets is how and more importantly WHY does he spend so much time researching/studying G5 programs (most national syndicates usually just focus on Top 40 P5 programs).
These are obviously projected starters...but its pretty easy to see on paper which teams will have a lot of starters back for 2015 and which ones don't.
The ranking number is based on all Div I-A Teams (128 programs now?)
2) Temple: 19
10) Tulsa: 17
29) SMU: 15
29) Tulane: 15
42) UCONN: 14
58) Houston: 13
79) Cincinnati : 12
79) USF: 12
100 ECU: 11
100 Memphis: 11
100 Navy: 11
121 UCF: 9
Here's the link where Phil breaks them down by postion/offense/defense for the G5 conferences
