Picked up Flag on Johnny Richardson's run ?

What was the deal with the picked-up flag on the Johnny Richards run ? Johnny came off the field as Coach Gus said something to him. Richards seem rather ticked off either by the play or something Coach Gus said. A sideline coach was trying to talk to him, but he wasn't having it.

Just curious, anyone else see this?
