Yes it was heart wrenching and depressing. Ok so we may have been rusty, the play calling was questionable, clock management suspect, several missed INTs, needed just one 1st down on our last possession, needed just 1 stop on their last drive, too many penalties, missed field goal. The bottom line is that we were significantly outmatched on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. We couldn't run and couldn't stop the run. We are at a very early stage of a complete program overhaul with a lot of players not suited to this style of offense or defense and quite frankly already overachieved given we are coming off of a very dismal 0-12. Have a little patience and keep the faith. Go Knights!

I agree our OL seemed outmatched... no run lanes and the QB was on the run too often.
But for our defense, I think it may have been moreso the LB's that need to step up and make more plays.

Definitely saw what Frost was alluding to as he spoke about how good Temple's D was earlier in the week.

We missed TD pass play and field goal in second half which would have won the game.

Our QB wasn't able to complete any slant passes. Why?

Our team is right on the edge but not there yet. Truth.

6-6, 7-5 is better than 0-12. The team is moving in the right direction and most of us
are impatient fans.

I think we win 2-3 more games. I don't see us winning 4 out of the last 6. It helps a little that 3 of our most winnable games are at home. Most experts had us winning 4-5. Now it's looking like 5 or 6. I'll take it.

Because he can't see the guys running the slants?

We're any WR running a slant even open? Did we even have anyone running a slant pattern?

Earlier in the week Frost talked about how Temple plays tight coverage, taking away short passes and making you beat them deep. So there may have been no one open to throw to. Considering how good Temple's pass rush was, that seems a good strategy for them.

I think we lost because I was wearing a new flashy UCF Nike shirt I bought this year. We won against FIU and ECU when I was wearing my #2 Godfrey jersey. I don't know what overcame me by wearing the newer shirt. Sorry, my bad. This loss is on me.
Ok.. Well change it back so we can go
11-3 and you will be forgiven by all.
