I think we get in the discussion for 4-6 again this week:

1. Alabama (12-0)
2. Clemson (12-0)
3. Notre Dame (12-0)
4. Georgia (11-1)
5. Oklahoma (11-1)
6. Ohio St (11-1)
7. UCF (11-0)
8. Michigan (10-2)
9. Florida (9-3)
10. LSU (9-3)

If we win and Ohio St, Oklahoma, and Georgia all lose, we should get in at 4.

Why do those teams have to lose. They have already lost, unlike UCF. We're just validating the CFI's biased system by using their subjective barriers to inclusion. UCF shouldn't even need to go undefeated at his point to play in the access bowl considering the circumstances.

I think the point wasn’t what we think we should be but what needs to happen for the CFP to put us up there.

#8 isn’t enough cushion for the committee. We stay at 9 with UF jumping us and Michigan staying ahead... they use QB as the reason why.

It doesn't matter where they put us, if the 3 games go our way, the committee will have to decide if they want to put a 2 loss team in the playoffs or put in an undefeated team coming off a Conference Championship game.

Choices:
1. Put in a 2 loss Georgia to have a back to back rematch. Woof
2. Put in a 2 loss Ohio State that just lost to Northwestern
3. Put in a 2 loss Oklahoma that lost to the same team twice
4. Put in a 2 loss Michigan that got embarrassed by Ohio State and didn't play for a Conference Championship
5. Put in the 4th undefeated team in the country to join the other 3
6. Put in a 3 loss team. LOL

They have been painted into a corner with the way the chaos has happened. This is what they wanted to avoid last year when they had our ceiling at 12.

I'm watching the noon game on Saturday. If Oklahoma loses, I hope they all lose. If they win, I hope they all win and make the controversy for that 4 slot finally break the system.

I'm rooting for Clemson to lose either way though.

From CFP chair Hancock:
"First and foremost, my thoughts and prayers are with McKenzie Milton and his family," Hancock told ESPN. "I do understand that some people want to talk football tonight, so pivoting to that, the committee does consider injuries that may have affected a team's performance during the season. Obviously, UCF continued to play well after McKenzie left the ballgame. The committee also does not project what might happen next week. They only evaluate what has happened to this point in the season."

If UCF is not at least #7 tonight, then lawsuits and Congressional action need to be initiated immediately. Until the P5 feels the pinch in their wallets nothing is going to change.

The NCAA makes no official distinction in FBS between the P5 & G5. Essentially the P5 is telling the G5 to get to the back of the bus. Until the G5 stands up and says NO! nothing is going to change.

And there's no better argument than a 25 game winning streak and being left out. The guys must finish the job Saturday.

Just because all the G5 conferences signed the agreement it doesn't make it legal. Rico

Wtf is "strength of control"? How many more stats have to be created to be able to have enough to justify any argument?

Maybe we should also add "SOU" as another statistic = Strength of Uniform. Our uniforms would definitely be in the top two, along with Oregon.

UCF is 8. Excuse is KZs injury. What's wrong with 6 or 7? If we lose drop us! Stop projecting!

Because if we beat Memphis easily that would make it harder to keep us out. This is all pure bs. If going undefeated for 2 seasons doesn't get us in, no one in the G5 will ever get in.

Hey I still think 8 is a great number! If tOSU can jump 4 why cant we? IF not , a NY6 win and we are National Champions Again. The hell with the invational anyway. Make them look like what they are. Elections in former Commie countries where always fair right? Ridiculous. CHARGE ON!!!

Yeah that was a bunch of bolgna!

Nothing has changed guys.

They aren’t putting a 2 loss team in over UCF

If we win and the 3 other scenarios happen, we are in over Michigan

I agree 100%! I also gotta say everytime they do this they help the country see who the real champs are.

Ok, it's clear now UCF is being purposely kept out by the committee slotting Michigan. Time for the Congressional Inquiry to begin

We don't project, But your ranked number 8 because your QB is hurt. So if D.Mack covers the spread we are gunna go back over Big Blue?

They have a tough matchup with the bye this week. We all know P5 bye weeks are tougher than beating ECU 38-10 with D.Mack.

In all seriousness let's just win the conference

Guys, it’s one spot. Who cares if we end up 5 or 7. Let’s see if they put in a 2 loss team over UCF. We may never know.
