I’m thinking he’s at best Practice Squad unless he switches to receiver or hybrid player. Too inconsistent to be an NFL starting QB. Fields isn’t good but is better than him passing wise. I hope he can be 3rd string but we’ll see.

Plumlee has tons of raw talent. Can he eventually learn to be a good QB? Time will tell. When I was young and a NFL fan most QB's rode the bench for 4 or 5 years before becoming starters. This make it or break it in 2 years is pretty dumb in many ways.

He wasn’t a great college QB. He won’t all of a sudden be good in NFL.

If Plumlee has tons of raw talent, Tebow had as much if not more along with durability. Plumlee is a run first mobile qb, but with the durability of a pocket passer like Manning.
