Dont know when the jury will make their final verdict. Just wanted to see what people think will happen.

Probably but I think it will be contained. Tear gas, bean bag guns, and fire hoses.

Sadly, there are probably multiple developers hoping something like that does happen (fires/destruction, etc...)...as the city can raze buildings/blocks afterward and then offer up that new property for future development in mostly poor areas that haven't had much new development in decades.

I'm sure the developers will love the new insurance rates as well.*

Th
Mistrial. http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/ma...rter-trial-jury-wednesday-20151216-story.html

Jury couldn't reach a verdict on any of the four counts.
This is the first of the 6 trials. Given the utter lack of evidence by the prosecution and the strong testimony from the defense, it is ridiculous that there wasn't an acquittal. But it's Baltimore and they didn't change the venue, so it's not surprising. If there was ever a set of trials that warranted a venue change, it's these. So, even if there are convictions, there should be plenty of appeals room on this and many other errors from the bench.

Also this verdict being a mistrial is about the worst result for the Baltimore prosecutor. Officer Porter, who will be tried again, cannot be compelled to testify in the other 5 officers' trials without him claiming the fifth. Had there been an acquittal, it would've been better for the prosecutor.

Will they riot again?

Putting all 6 of these guys on trial was nothing more than a ridiculous PR stunt by the Prosecutor to get their pat on the head by the BLM crowd. Most every legal expert immediately stated how asinine it was to charge all 6, and how asinine it was to charge some of these guys with the offenses that they did.

Kids are asleep, time to use my unisex bathroom then sit down in my living room safe space and watch the show!*

Maybe they will loot and burn down the new "Freddie Gray Youth Center".
I wonder if the acquitted officer will play the fiddle?

What part of it was faulty? Was he not walking down the street minding his own business?

I didn't read anything about him using "intoxicating agents" on the cops or anything. LMAO!

If "his own business" is dealing drugs then yes.

He ran when he saw 4 officers on bicycles. Why would he run? Any police officer would be suspicious. Could he have warrants? Was he discarding drugs? His arrest record includes at least 18 arrests:

  • March 20, 2015: Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
  • March 13, 2015: Malicious destruction of property, second-degree assault
  • January 20, 2015: Fourth-degree burglary, trespassing

Assault, burglary, drug dealing, what a swell guy. He was arrested for carrying what court documents say was a "spring-assisted, one-hand-operated knife", illegal in Baltimore. If you believe the knife was legal, let the prosecutor decide if they want to press charges.
