participating in polls requires access to technology such as computers and phones. low-income households (64% of which are minority, according to a poll conducted by MSNBC) do not have access to the same advanced technology that employed white supremacists do. this in turn skews the public narrative and leads to a well-oiled propaganda machine for the racist right to try and convince the public that their Cheeto in Chief isn't the lying, racist that most Americans know him to be.
